..since most out there..don't know how to make $$$ betting baseball chalk..I will give you the roadmap...this is not for the broke or those with weak stomaches..and how the serious players make loads on baseball..

there are 3 great series this weekend to make a nice profit on...Balt/Oak...TB/Seatt...Bost/Det

..you play 2 dimes on each game tonight..if they all hit..you are done for the weekend..buy your wife a present..whatever games you lose..you double your bet tomorrow..and add on your 2 dime profit..they are all pretty much 2-1 tonight..so say your only loser is Boston..you have made your $$ on Seattle and Oakland..tomorrow you bet Boston for 6 dimes..the 4 you lost tonight..PLUS..add 2 for your profit..IF..they lose again..on Sunday...you bet 12 dimes..plus add your 2 dimes of profit..

..I know the professional handicappers that read this board will create the doomsday scenario..you can't be broke..and you have to have a full sack..half sackers and those with weak stomaches need to stick to college football games..over the long course of a 162 game season..isolating between 3-5 series like these a week is simply stealing $$$...go do your homework how many times a 2-1..or 3-1 dog sweeps a series.. .

SSI- you are a solid capper, but i have to tell you your "due theory" will send you to the poor house someday. I have seen people lose 15+ games in a row. Now if they were doubling up after each game for the 16th game they would have to bet more $ than Bill GAtes has, so go figure....

the way to make money on bases is to handicap the price. Dont even worry about who you think will win the game. If you cap enough games in which you think the dog should be +150 instead of +170 and you take the +170 and win only 4 out of 10 on avg then you will do well. Add in alternate runlines and you will do very well. I thinks it's tougher to pick only 2 or three games a day using this strategy because you will have so many losing days and in a row. It takes a while, but if you can learn how to cap the entire league each day then the volume really adds up. If you make 10 or more wagers per day on lines that are slightly off you will see your advantage over the house week by week add up. There are a few baseball games in which a big dog should actually be favored, I guess the public sees the - and fires away, who knows, maybe some books actually like those numbers. Very rarely do the books undervalue big chalk, in fact the marquee pitchers are usually overvalued because the books know the public will parlay with them.
